Got up bright and early again today and headed out for a quick 20 minute spin on the bike. It was supposed to rain this morning (and I did catch some light sprinkles), so I bagged a full bike workout for a quick spin to warm up the legs and then transitioned to a 7 mile run. Ran my fastest 7 mile training split thus far. Not quite yet a breakthrough run, but still good stuff. Later in the evening hit the pool for 500 yards.
