So after stringing together 35 consecutive days of workouts (22 of which I did multiple workouts in the day), I finally took a full calendar day off today. I had actually planned to take today off earlier in the week, and then of course yesterday's debacle of a ride sealed that plan for sure.
Body is fine from yesterday, but looks like I'll be skipping some swim workouts while my wounds heal (gotta stay out of the pool). In the meantime, I'll add in some runs instead and up my running miles.

Swim 4750 yards -- Bike 127 miles -- Run 18 miles
