Swim, No Run

Managed another swim workout today, same as yesterday, 1-3-5-7-5-3-1 lap repeats (the 3, 7, 3 were with the pull buoy). Was scheduled for a run today, but I guess was out a bit late last night, and just wasn't up to it.

Had an odd pain in the bottom of my left foot yesterday and today. Just a bit sore on the ball of my foot. I had no idea where that pain came from, thought maybe it was from my run Friday morning, but wasn't certain. Then when I went to the pool today, I figured it out within the first lap I swam - the pain was from pushing off the wall after doing a flip turn. Apparently my left foot was taking the brunt of the push-off. I tried to remedy that and make the push-off more equal between both my feet. Who would have thought I'd get a foot injury while swimming?!

Anyway, loooong bike ride planned for Sunday, let's see how that goes...
