Sunday Weekly Recap

Took some days off this past week to let a couple injuries heal... (Thursday, Friday, and Sunday were all full days off). Body is feeling a bit better and rested. Also spent a little time adjusting the seat height of my bike, so hopefully won't experience any further discomfort in my knee.

Weekly totals: Swim 2400 yards. Bike 48 miles. Run 14 miles.
