Had a hard-paced run this morning, and a very successful day in the pool later in the afternoon. Gotta start running faster more often, training the legs to go-go-go! And my form in the pool is getting more consistent, I'm able to hold pace for longer stretches (more laps) - still a ways to go, and hopefully will be able to build some more swimming-specific cardio fitness so that I'm not so out of breath.
