Yes, Labor Day has come and gone, the unofficial end of summer. And just like clockwork, the weather is cooling down - which is fine by me. I run way better in the cooler temps, as evidenced by my run today; did 6 miles along the river, went (relatively) fast and was still able to keep my average heart rate well below 150 beats per minutes.
